The one concerned has the right to get indication: a) about the origin of personal data; b) about processing aims and methods; c) about the applied logic in case of processing made by the help of electronic devices; d) about essential data to identify the owner, the persons in charge and the representatives appointed according to Paragraph 5, point 2; e) about the persons or categories to whom the personal data con be communicated or which can know them as appointed representatives in the State territory, persons in charge or delegates.
3. The one concerned has the right to get: a) updatings, corrections or data integrations if he is interested; b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the stoppage of data processed by transgressing a law, including the ones whose conservation is unnecessary if related to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed; c) a declaration that the operations of a) and b) points have been acquainted, also for what concerns their contents, to those people to whom the data have been communicated or spread, leaving out the case in which this accomplishment turns out to be impossible or involves the utilization of means which are clearly out of proportion to the safeguarded right.
4. The one concerned has the right to oppose, fully or partially: a) for lawful reasons to the personal data processing regarding him, though pertaining to the collection’s purpose; b) to the personal data processing regarding him aiming to send promotional material or sell directly or to make market researches/commercial communications”. From the moment of receiving this informative communication, the consent to the personal data processing of a) point will be regarded as granted, except for a explicit manifestation of disagreement sent in writing.
